Hi Lin,
I agree with ChrisK, zyprexa should calm them. Are you going through a particularly stressful time now? Ask for a benzo (klonopin), it will totally stop the panic attacks- like immediately. You will get extra sedated with the zyprexa though, are you having hallucinations or delusions? If so, you can't give up the zyprexa right now, but if they just gave it to you as an add-on for stability- you have bipolar right?, than maybe you can get off- but taper, taper, taper.
