I kind of envy you "guys" and your vivid dreams. I have tried for years to remember/study my dreams without much success. On Effexor I had much more vivid dreams but had to stop it because of other side effects. Why don't you get some books and take advantage of your vivid dreams to study them? One of the best that I know of is Dr Corriere and Hart's "The Dream Makers, Discovering Your Breakthrough Dreams". Unfortunately, its out of print. If you could figure out why you make these horribly nasty nightmares, maybe you wouldn't need AD's at all. ??
