I have also had some really frightening dreams on Celexa, not ones that I enjoy. The last one I had that i can remember(I forget most of them within a few hours) was particularly gruesome and violent.

I can rememeber have these dreams on other meds too, so I know it isn't just with Celexa. I guess any medication that changes your brain chemistry can do this.

My husband always attibutes these dreams to eating too late at night and I think there is some truth to this theory. If your dreams coincide with late night eating, especially unusual foods, it might be triggered by that.

P.S. Before drugs, my dreams were rather weird too. Not all the time but during stressful times, so it might just be my brain chemistry or those of us with derpession.
