Thanks for interesting post Scott. I'm making a copy of it. Hmmm, rat blood!
Nardil and Parnate are well known for their dopaminergic action. The effectiveness these MAOIs show with atypical depression, anergic bipolar and social anxiety is usually attributed to their dopaminergic action. MAOIs tend to make people feel drugged and sluggish though, right?
I take the overseas dopaminergic amisulpride. It is effective for fatigue, social anxiety, mental clarity, anhedonia, mood, moodiness, and apathy. Nice drug, little in the way of side effects for men. For an info. piece on amisulpride as well as ordering instructions, email me at andrewb@seanet.com.
Amisulpride took away my apathy. I felt like I had the energy to care about life. But it isn’t strong enough to change apathy to enthusiasm. Amisulpride also essentially takes away my social anxiety but it isn’t able to change my social anxiety to confidence. Amineptine, another overseas dopaminergic, is able to, at least on an intermittant basis when combined with amisulpride, create confidence and enthusiasm. Aminetine is no longer made though and I am currently exploring alternatives.
