Wellbutrin has a lot of NE action like rebox, so the two probably shouldn't be combined. Serzone has some NE action but I think its serotenergic action would more than offset the NE, making the combo okay. But to be sure ramp up slowly on the Serzone. You might find the Serzone allows you to take more rebox without irritability or paranoia. People have reported that by combining an SSRI with rebox they are then able to increase the dose of rebox without getting symptoms of over arousal, such as you have. Serzone is not an SSRI but has serotenergic action so it might act in a similar manner.Glad rebox has given you energy. For motivation look to dopamine active meds.
