Please hang in there. You've received excellent advice, so guess I'll just stick to praying for you and thinking about you. Loading doses of Depakote keep coming to mind. For some reason I suspect you've already tried it. Must admit that I didn't care much for it myself, even though I know how highly effective it is. Every tile in every bathroom in our house is committed to memory.
You are valuable. Please don't take it all out on yourself.
