How goes things?
I had a thought.
It might be worthwhile to simply add Lamictal at this point. It would be a good opportunity to evaluate its efficacy as a mood stabilizer while you are currently hypomanic or in a mixed-state. It may be sufficient and obviate the need to go back to lithium or Depakote. In addition, Lamictal makes a good choice to address the depressive counterpart to your illness.
