Oh Kathie, you make me cry. I've really grown to love all you guys and your story is so sad. I'm really sorry all this had to happen to you. When one is depressed normal everyday things seem huge stressors but you, in my opinion, have every right to be a little down in the outlook department. You beat a dog over and over he may keep coming back but his ears lower, he never wags his tail and cowers at the site of you. Weird analogy but what can I say. Hang in there kid, your own impression of how you feel can be a great way to improve your situatiion. If you believe you aren't depressed, you'll find it easier to NOT be depressed. Positive attitude is everything. Not much help but I luv ya and am thinking of ya.--Tina

So if you think your "depression" is "supposed" to be something "inside" of you and you disagree, you may be right. But your depression isn't necessarily inside of you. Even if your day-to-day existence from today on out was sprinkled with rose petals, you've got a world full of environmental baggage you need to deal with.

I hope you find something fine!
