In reply to Is this caused by Celexa/Xanax??Cam/Greg, posted by tina on May 9, 2000, at 21:30:43
Tina,
I don't know if it's caused by the Xanax, but ever since starting it during those times when I get hungry I usually want sweets. Cookies, ice cream, candy. I also have this thing for peanut butter, straight out of the jar with a spoon. I've always been a sugar junkie though. Could be the Celexa, but I've never taken it so I really don't know about that. You might possibly do a search on both the meds and see if increased appetite or craving for sweets is a possible side effect. I think I'll check out the Xanax. I know when I was on Remeron (until recently) all I wanted to do was eat...and sleep. Let me know what you find out and I'll do the same.Remember, Jupiter when seen from Earth thru a telescope is really small, maybe it's your big heart that you're noticing.
Hugs,
Greg> I was just wondering if excessive eating of cookies and icecream is related to AD's? I'm not usually a big eater of these things but lately it seems to be all i want. No meat and potatoes, no salads, just give me cookies and icecream. What's with that--Cam/Greg?????
