Wellbutrin not working

Hi, I'm new here. I've been taking Wellbutrin, 150mg/day, for about 2 weeks, and 300mg/day for about 3 days. I'm taking it for depression and withdrawal symptoms from food addiction. Anyway, it worked for a few days but now it's not working at all; my depression is just as bad as without it (though perhaps it would be even worse if I weren't on it). What I'm wondering is, is this normal? Also, can I take St. John's Wort at the same time? Thanks!
