1600 mg's of SAMe was very helpful for me, also, but I had to stop because of the cost.
Thanks for the info about the Nature's Rx brand. I was thinking of trying it, but I guess I'll steer clear of it.
By the way, in case anyone's interested, www.costco.com has the least expensive Nature Made SAMe that I've seen.
