CelexaAdderall

I have been on Celexa (taking 40milligrams)since December;and I have taken Adderall (30milligrams)for over a year....but I developed muscle stress/pain in my jaws,back,arm and have had to stop the Adderall which has me in total fatigue. Has anyone else had this difficulty due to the mix of Adderall with an SSRI?
