Anybody combining SSRIs/SNRIs??

Hey folks:

I am just curious...if there are any folks out there who may be combining an SSRI (Proz, Zoloft,Celexa, etc) with one of the SNRI's (Effexor, Serzone, etc.) I have been reading about some of the combos of SNRIs and SSRIs with a fair amount of success (mind you, n=very small!!)

I am really encouraged by the folks who try and be as creative as possible.
