Dear Janice,
Mondimore's book is very well done, readable and practical. If I were in practice I would be handing it out to my bipolar patients. I highly recommend it. Jamison and Goodwin's book is a professional text/reference type book. I highly recommend owning Mondimore's book and finding a place where you can check the other one out. My public library has a copy of Jamison/Goodwin. If they were to come out with an updated edition I might consider buying it.
