Best book on bipolar…Mondimore's or Jamieson's

Hi everyone,
I cannot decide which book to buy on manic depression.
Francis Mondimore's: A Guide for Patients & Families
or
Kay Jamieson's book on Manic-depression. The one that costs $78US.
Does anyone have any opinions on either of these two books? Is one of them considered a better guide to manic depression?
