Jeffrey - The one problem with fish oils is that they do not contain high enough levels of omega-3 fatty acids. You have to take quite a bit of fish oil to obtain enough and you begin to smell a little fishy (not the best cologne for the ladies or co-workers). Concentrated omega-3 fatty acids may pan out in future studies, but to date no one has made a good concentrate. Good luck - Cam W.
