Omega 3 FattyAcids Good for rapid cycling bipolar?

This is a question posted to the entire community...in addition to depakote and neurontin, I'm taking seroquel and the fatty acids. Though nothing has been proven, some studies have shown it helps in refractory conditions? Pls. comment
