I ran the gamut of TCI's before settling on Nardil.
Was happy as a clam (well, just normal) for years, then switched to Parnate five or six years ago due to anorgasmia.
I've only had one Tyramine reaction, and that was after eating half a pound of salami. I do watch my diet, for the most part.
I added a grain of Armour Thyroid about a year ago, primarily to treat "sub-clinical hypo-throidism" and found I could reduce my dose to 10 mg BID.
The biggest problem is remembering to take the stuff! You also need to remember the hell which will ensue if you don't.
Long time user.
