You may want to ask your doctor about trying a Benzodiazapine for your GAD. They complement the SSRI's and work directly against the symptoms of GAD/PAD. Some doctors don't like them because there is a concern about addiction but at low doses I have not personally seen this as a problem. Also you may want to try this website which deals directly with Anxiety and Panic.
