If he is freaking out every time he see this people then something is wronge w/ him,Isolation is to make so that he doesn't hurt anyone or himself,intil they can calm him down.

They are probably keeping him in isolation for safety reasons, so he doesn't hurt anyone, until they can get him stabilized with medication. I hope the best for you. Keep us posted on the situation.
