Janet,

I've read of such an atypical response to Parnate, so your not alone. Here are some suggestions (I wish I could be of more help):
1) Present your question to an expereinced Psychopharmocologist tied to a major University. Such a person is most likely to have expereince with your type of symtomology and may know what should be done to help you.
2) Also, if you are getting a blood test, test for low DHEA or cortisol, both associated with CFS and fatigue.
3) Try a two week trial of magnesium (i.e. 800 mgs/day of Magnesium Citrate). Low magnesium is often associated with CFS and fatigue.
4) Try a 10 day trial of amisulpride (50 mg./day), known as Socian in Brazil. It is a dopamine active AD that can be invigorating. You haven't tried a dopamine active AD yet.

My best wishes for your health,

Andrew
