I agree on testing thyroid.

Also, any chance you have a sleep disorder of some kind? Do you snore, for instance?

BTW, I don't think it so unusual that you feel more drowsy from your meds. Thing is, you might feel this way from other ADs, too. Perhaps you can talk to your doc about augmenting your ADs with a stimulant, like ritalin.
