Yesterday, it hit 112F. It was way too hot for me, and particularly because we have a lot of bad bushfires out here at the moment. But today it rained! Yay! Hopefully that helped out those fighting the fires. It has been pretty awful - the whole state has been layered in this blanket of smoke. The capital city of Australia, Canberra, has been completely devastated - over 530 homes were destroyed.
Bring on more rain.
