I've never thought about how to dress in weather like that. I wouldn't have a clue either! What kinds of stuff do you have to wear? Being from Australia, the most I have to think about, especially right now in summer, is how much sunscreen I need! (and the weather here is very unpredictable. could be very hot in the morning, then suddenly be storming, then just a suddenly have gale force winds). You learn how to dress in thin layers, so you can add or subtract as needed. :)
