I am not sure what diagnosis you are being
treated for (?Bipolar?) but in complicated cases
it is not unusual to add a major tranquillizer/
antipsychotic agent.

I believe this is a fairly new medication, and
there is not enough information yet to comment
on its longterm effects/side-effects. I think you
have to weigh the pros and cons carefully; if it
actually made a big difference in my quality
of life, I'd be loathe to give it up.
