I read an article (can't remember where or who wrote it though!) where a researcher tested several ssri's on men- and flouvoxamine had the least sexual dysfunction side effects- my doctor also commented on Flouvoxamine in relation to the little sexual side effects it produces. Serzone is also low on the sexual side effects- but I didnt mention it because it is not strictly a SSRI- it is a pre and post synaptic serotonin blocker.
