I have panic disorder (without agoraphobia). Parnate does work. Start at a low dose, increase slowly (good rule for anyone taking antidepressants for panic disorder).

90mg is a high-end dose of Nardil, but Nardil and Parnate are not equipotent. 90mg of Parnate is a pretty huge dose. (I take 30, which is sort of a basic effective dose -- about equivalent to 45 or 60 of Nardil.)

...in theory .

It doesn't share med responses with SP exactly.

Is it? That's interesting. How are you getting it?
