allow yourself the experience of developing a safety zone; this isnt pathological, just a human response to environment. as someone who also has ptsd, I have asked a lot of non-diagnosed freinds what thier experiences are like...I am big on narmalization:)I want to share with you that even people with no "diagnosis" create safety zones, have comfort levels and selectivley incorperate certain haunts (hehe, happy halloween:)) into thier safe arena of experience.
perhaps you will have an ever widening zone, perhaps not. I just want you to know that it is ok to have a small safety zone...be kind to your self....:)
much peace to you,
jennyann
