Clonazepam, Gabapentin, and Tramadol in Psychiatry

Posted by James Justice on September 6, 1999, at 14:24:35

I am on several psychiatric meds that help me a lot. Neurontin I take at 4,000mg/day and it works great. Klonopin I take for anxiety and to counteract some of the stimulant effect of the Neurontin, at a dose of 6mg/day. I have heard some talk about Ultram (tramadol) being used in conjunction with other meds in psychiatry. It supposedly augments Klonopin and Neurontin well.

Does anyone have experience with Ultram for psychiatric purposes? Any comments on the combo of Neurontin and Klonopin?

All info is greatly appreciated.

James
