I've got a q about this: *has* anyone tried any weight loss strategies (in addition to diet and exercise or changing meds) with success?
I've heard rumors about a number of over-the-counter "food supplements" (i.e. unregulated drugs!) but I don't know which of these claims can be substantiated.
