If you get the Slim Fast powder, it takes 100% better. Add 1cup milk to a blender, add 4 ice cubes, a banana and blend real good. It makes it frothy like a fast food shake. Then add a scoop of slim fast and blend. I really enjoy the taste a lot better than the canned type.
