> experience out there?I take Omega-3 fatty acids, a tablespoon of cod liver oil a day. I can't say that it has changed my mood but I continue to take it for its other benefits. I figure that for a low cost the oil provides me with some cardiovascular and general neural protection and, hey, if it helps my mood thats just gravy.
