Hey Jan,
I did not know that SAMe caused intestinal gas, and I am here to tell you that I was sooooo miserable when I tried it. I mean, I took a half a bottle of rolaids, maalox, and Gas-X and nothing moved it. I looked as if I was 5 months pregnant. I was under the impression that there weren't any side effects from the stuff, and I was one of the odd balls. Oh well, I'm glad that you posted that little bit of info.
