Phyl, I am not of your degree, but for me an adjunct of a couple of alternative means helped and now I use them alon. The note is a stand alone below. Good luck. I also aim to manage my own "problems", some of them make me who I am, but it does cause problems with effectiveness and relationships and jobs. Good luck, my empathy is with you.
