effexor and bleeding

i found an article on effexor and bleeding but the link was broken so i was not able to find anything else can someone help me with this
i need to know what effects the now increase in my dosage (up to 150mg a day instead of 75)will have on my bleeding either during my menstral
cycle or if i happen to get cut. how will this increase in my meds affect my very active sex life and will it hinder my orgasms.
