Desryel can be sedating, so I take it at night. I'm not sure where you are, but look in you phone book for mental health centers attached to hospitals, or clinics affiliated with universities. Some of these will offer care to people without insurance. When you get a choice of doctors, ask them what their approach to meds is. There was a thread in Jan or Feb which dealt with finding the right doctor...

> CarolThanks - I have tried wellbutrin, unfortunately it did not help. I am so desparate for some sort of relief. what kind of drug is desryel? I have so much trouble getting my doctor to prescribe anything -he keeps telling me to go out and meet people and to get a job -but I cannot do any of these things. I'll look into other clinics and hopefully find some free care elsewhere.
Thanks
