I am a 23 year old college student, I was diagnosed with depression when I was 18 or 19 years old. I wasn't diagnosed with ADD until I was 21, and it wasn't until the past few months that I've finally been able to get effective treatment. I see a psychologist each week for therapy, and a psychiatrist about every six weeks for medication managment. I'm currently on 300mg/day of Wellbutrin (150mg SR twice a day) and it is working wonders, for both the depression and ADD. Finding the right doctor and medication is not an easy task, but don't give up hope. It's taken me the past four years to find the right combination of therapy and medication. It's still hard and things still get to me sometimes, but for I finally feel like I'll be able to get through things, particularly school. To everyone else going through the same sort of struggle: good luck, and hang in there
