I was thinking about you today for the first time in a long time, wondering how you are doing and what has been happening for you. What a wonderful coincidence to hear from you like this. And what a lovely heartwarming thing to say to someone who feels so low about herself, what a gift you've given me. Thank you. I feel better for hearing from you. How are you?

I apologize if it seems like I was ignoring you, susan, especially when you responded so nicely to my thread above. Unfortunarely, after my mom died I crashed after the funeral and my lithium failed me. I spent a week on the locked ward in a full blown manic, then I attended a week with this outpatient CBT crap. I bailed on the group and I've been doing landscaping as therapy which along with some seroquel has been bringing me back down to earth. My wife took off work - we are both under FMLA thanks to compationate Democrats, so we have jobs to go back to. I'll be OK. I'm hoping you are OK as well. Sorry if I disappointed you.
