I apologize if it seems like I was ignoring you, susan, especially when you responded so nicely to my thread above. Unfortunarely, after my mom died I crashed after the funeral and my lithium failed me. I spent a week on the locked ward in a full blown manic, then I attended a week with this outpatient CBT crap. I bailed on the group and I've been doing landscaping as therapy which along with some seroquel has been bringing me back down to earth. My wife took off work - we are both under FMLA thanks to compationate Democrats, so we have jobs to go back to. I'll be OK. I'm hoping you are OK as well. Sorry if I disappointed you.
