I was surprised [xxx]
A mere slip of a woman but all that oozing charm
That flowed like a babbling brook from her laughing lips
Was silent, she wasn't laughing now...
She sighed, a long low guttural groan
Not the moan you would normally hear from Jane
[xxx]
Her eyes were still focussed but they were mute
Again and again until it seemed senseless for senseless was she
I tried for a pulse but no there was none
I left the office for my work was done.
