once upon a time in a land far away there lived...

Posted by Jai Narayan on February 16, 2004, at 7:58:36

Once upon a time in a land far away there lived a young clever lass. She wanted to play all day and surround herself with people who loved her.
This land where she lived could change in a moment. It was filled with silly, fun loving people and animals at one moment then it might magically change. Fear would grip the mirth filled faces and suddenly no one was safe. The sweet silly phrases that were so much fun to utter were looked at with anger. Meanness filled the land. The sky got inky black. The grass that was so soft hardened up as if frozen. The people would not look each other in the eye. Fear and anger ruled the land.
This sweet lass would look around for her friends. They were hiding in their hearts. They still moved about but silently. Once every so often one would offer a tiny hopeful thought, only to be dashed down by an angry fearful thought. Anger was so red-hot that it would wither all the delightful fun. This went on for too long and then the happy people got tired of all the anger and rose up. They said one then two funny stories and pretty soon all the fear that gripped the town creaked and fell to the ground like shards of a mirror. Soon everyone was laughing and the sky was filled with sunlight and people could look at each other and play. The lass raised her head to the sun and beamed.

So, I think I know what you are saying. Or maybe I am looking too much into things.

But, am I the clever lass or the mean, angry thoughts? (Please don't say angry thoughts, please don't say angry thoughts, please don't say angry thoughts... Or am I neither? please just lie to me please just lie to me please just lie an say I'm the clever lass...)

I'm sitting up straight now, you know... Why don't you post more often? I miss my Jai you know...

Once upon a time, in a land called Malibu, there lived a worldly lady who decided to sit on the beach in her new, red bikini. It matched her hair you know. (Am I right about that?) So, she walked out onto the beach (have you been there? It's beautiful. We should go together) with her head held high. A bit too high, as she tripped and her bikini top came off! There were boobs everywhere! But they were nice boobs. She had crowds swarming about, trying to sneek a peak. She casually walked to the beach and played in the ocean, knowing she made everyone's day with her beautiful boobs. Das Ende!

you are the clever lass was there any doubt????

Well, sweetie you are the lass.
The negative thoughts are what happens inside of me....I have noticed that I get real up tight and then finally when all the pain and angst goes on too long...it mellows right out and I can have a laugh....you provide the humor...with a lot of other really cleaver folks...I have never laughed so much as I have on this site. There are a lot of funny people here and I dig it!
I need to laugh, it's like a medicine for me. I get way too serious....
laughter is such a gift for me.
thank you sweet lass and all the other babblers.
So really it's about my inner self.
