WAKE UP PEOPLES

Posted by alexandra_k on April 5, 2005, at 4:35:03

Aw, come on! Ít's only around 3 in the morning.

Sigh.

It is only half past nine here.

Bored bored bored bored bored.
Stuck on Fable.
I think I have to fish up a shield from out of the river, but I can't seem to fish anything up at all... Haven't got the hang of ye olde fishing line.

On the upside I now have a faint halo following me around and a butterfly or two. I have been very very good :-)

Sigh.
I suppose this is just a rambly rave about nothing...

You guys are great.
(((guys)))
What would I do without you????

(whats that I hear???)

Nothing.

Thats right :-)

Sigh.

It is funny to think of you guys all the way round the other side of the world. I wonder what is right underneath me. I thought it might be Singapore - but I'm not sure. Probably more likely to be ocean. It would be funny if I was literally standing upside down underneath one of you guys right now! Heh heh.

Bored bored bored...

I remember they used to get most upset with us for saying we were bored in drug treatment. They used to mutter something about the relation between stupidity and boredom or a lazy mind and boredom or something like that. But understimulation is a very real phenomenon...

Not that I am understimulated in general. But I am taking some relaxation time for me - right now. Only I can't think of anything pleasant to do.

Okay, I admit it. This is ok. Not so bored ;-)
I feel a bit funny.
Fighting off panic.

Wassup with my feelings these days?????

Time to wander over to writing...

Good morning!!!!! (I figure it'll be properly morning when this gets read).

Hope everyone has a nice day :-)

Good morning, Alexandra. I'm a heavy sleeper, so I didn't hear your post when it hit the board. Um, plus my computer is in the kitchen.

If I ever suffer from insomnia, it's having a hard time getting to sleep in the first place. Since I started taking Klonopin and Cymbalta before I go to sleep, it's a full night's sleep for me.

*yawn*

I really think there should be an alarm feature that links my posts to peoples alarm clocks so people GET UP AND BABBLE WITH ME!!! ;-)

In the meantime I'll just have to make do with a little delay...

Hope you have a better day today :-)

Sleep is a sweet memory -- I remember when it was a relief to go to sleep.

I wish there was a way to know who was up. I wish I could figure out something else to do with myself.

sleep...deep restful sleep...just a mattress away.

Nighttime seems to hold both terror and lure for me. I prowl around, write and sit and think. Sleep is fleeting - 4 or 5 hours if I take meds. Right now I know this is dangerous behavior.

And yes, we do have the same birthday - MLK day! It is nice to share it.

gosh we are similar.
I too have suffered from night terror and still do sometimes.
what meds work for you?
I take Ambien....
5mg will get me a 4 to 6 hour night then if I want more sleep I wake up and take another 5mg and go back for a few hours.

I tried Melatonin but get a headache.
new mattress and bed.
yoga before sleep.

Now I'm getting up early....6am
by 3 in the afternoon I'm ready for bed.
napping doesn't even work anymore..
okay enough.
did I put you to sleep?
ha ha ha
