Its a wild and crazy day on the message board!
This is really a job for Tabitha, I just sound so..clinical
Okay, no green, or very little green, some people like them very very soft, I like them like a just ripe avocado. Now there is the organic ones are amazing...heavenly, and I paid 6.99 for one. It was a cashier surprise, and I won't do it again but I will never ever forget it.Don't eat the skin. Seems obvious now, but its a thin skin. I did it in front of a bunch of sophisticated artsy, boho musicians once, and they all chuckled, and said it was like watching someone eat a bananna with the peel on.
Very, perfumy slippery, and if sliced it looks just like ... well. You'll see, the Japanese translation for the name is "sex fruit" and I believe they are referring to the female sex.
Then again in reverse Coca Cola when translated into Japanese ended up being "bite the wax tadpole" that is not an urban legend. However its apparently been changed into something more palatable sounding. Seems no one argued with the Sex fruit idea.
Whoa Don't ever ask me anything, if I had manic proclivities I would say I was getting manic, but as I lack that lable I think I'm getting downright selfish in my use of precious space.
A genuine apology for going on, and on.
Speaking of going on did I tell you about the time..A sincere apology though

No apology necessary, sincere or otherwise. :)
I am unabashedly hypomanic right now, and I am enjoying this thread immensely. And you all are tickling my funnybone with your posts. A very good use of space indeed.
Psycho-Social Babble has been a joy to be around lately.
Thank you and everyone.

Folds and unfolds her hands, looks down demurely, (sneaking peeks at Miss Beardedlady, ma'am).
I'll bet it would never occur to you that I was known as Miss Goody-Two-Shoes throughout elementary school. (They smoke in the bathroom?!!! Odd, no one ever told me that. Imagine!)

I am so sorry to hear of your and dreamer's problems with living arrangements. What a charitable message from the YMCA! I didn't know C stood for Christian. I'm sure He is delighted with their mission to help the tourists.
I have always been so fortunate in my life (so far anyway, never pays to take these things for granted).
But don't I remember that you are living with the curtain opening morning loving father? Is that to change soon?

Its late, so I may be wrong, but wasn't such a thing mentioned in Bible. I think it was "the meek shall inherit the earth, because the wealthy will be in all the places with ceilings"
Excuse my loose translation but I think it is in there

LOL, Gabbi. I'm going to write that one down. But we had better watch it or we'll be redirected to PB Faith.
So let's add some social. The klonopin has kicked in, so I'll make hubby happy and head off to bed. If you and Tabitha register at Yahoo (PB Open) I think it would be fun to have a night owls chat. (Although I would rather recover from the insomnia - don't mean to be rude there, but...)

Social service thing (i have appointment tomorrow- as a last resort)
I knows that the laws are different over there..
but can they put you in hotel /bed and breakfast---usually no star : ) especially if you get med paper from doc? Probably be in different area though.
Or whats the laws on squatting over there?
If you don't want to talk bout it I understand..I don't want to think about my plight- I'm in denial now.

Sorry to hear that you're in the same situation, its pretty surreal. I keep being told this kind of thing is a lesson. Well, perhaps to Donald Trump, but hey, I worked for 10 years volunteer and paid for destitute people, never even considered treating them as "less than myself" or patronizing anyone, I think I'd learn more from a different lesson.I've called and I've called, both the area in which I live and outlying areas made appotingments which are the equivelent of dead internet links. I'd rather they just say, 'we can't help outright than have you come in for a useless appointment. Because I'm single and don't have children I'm pretty well at the bottom of the list.
I was told about a hotel, but I saw it, and seriously decided I would rather pitch a borrowed tent somewhere. I'm not snobby, but this was dangerously filthy, needle strewn, vomit in the hallways, fights outside the room kind of thing.
"Welfare" used to have emergency loans for this kind of thing, $500.000 now the maximum loan is 20.00Now I'm to exhausted to try anything else. I'm certainly not saying crime is okay, but it sure makes me understand why people pass bad cheques, or sell their medication.
Thanks for your letter, though, I think I've about exhausted my options. So strange I've been accepted to University for January, but I may be on a park bench until then.
For all its worth, Good luck to you Abby, and thanks for "buttin in"

Yeh I'm the bottom of the list , I have a cat though who probably get re-homed in nice place : )
I'm not optimistic but the estate agent guy has told me not to worry he'll find somewhere---no landlord excepts housing benefit
The hotel thing doesn't appeal to me either what would I do all day -I don't watch TV don't think I could have 6 foot paintings in there ..no internet..aarrrrrggggg
Oh well , now I'm worried and maybe for nothing...back to denial : )Good to hear you going to University..I did that also briefly : )

No trust fund, no scholarship, need an adress to apply for funding. And well, I'm not sure what your "diagnosis is" but I know that the instability has definately worsened my condition. My PDoc ( An amazing man) (I have to say that because there are so few, and I'm so lucky) thought that my medication needs tweaking but in order to judge the effect I need a stable place, and without the tweaking I will NOT succeed in University.
I'm saying this just well, so you know that I'm able to still be cynical and P'od
I too had to give up my cat, that was so hard, My mom has him, and thats nice, but he's one of those "puppy dog" cats and still howls when I leave her house.
I gave his mom away when I moved from a rented house to an apartment, I missed her but it was different because I did it For her, she couldn't stand being inside. While trash the cat I gave to my mom nursed till he was two...so he just wants lots of attention. I really hope you find a happy place for yours, I know how that can just top everything else off when you are feeling the feelings that really there are no words for yet.Sorry to go on.
Been so long since I've had anyone to "talk too"
I out of a sense of obligation went to a few support groups, which were homogenized for all types of mentally ill. The kind where they would teach hygeine and basic cooking skills. I'm a good cook, I know how to dress, I just can't do it when I'm depressed.
I ended up feeling so lost, and more depressed. I mean Van Gogh couldn't always paint when he was depressed, it didn't mean he needed to go to painting classes. On this site everyone has there problems, but the wit and intelligence is what makes it feel like real company.Let me know what happens please

You can go...maybe give false address give your pdocs address--I may have to put some paintings in my pdocs office-he doesn't know it yet : )
There's usually a student councilor at university..you can see him before you start.
There's always a answer it's just finding it even if you have to lie...yeh wish I could apply that to my life : )
Stability is my only weakness without that I'm messed up...
Lets hope things work out for both of us...
