please, the temp tricks work but they always come back.
i wish i could go home and work on one of my new crafts.i'm afraid if i do i may be at jeapordy for loosing my job for being gone so much.

Hello
Don't be frightened.
That is (as you say) a low dose of gabapentin. The Xanax is more significant (I think).
What happens if you dissociate at work?

thanks sig.
well its first thing this morning and anxiety is already here. but no flashbacks yet.
if i dissociate at work? well it depends how bad the dissociation.
just spacey, just dont get work done, internal and frozen, can talk socialize with others and i tend to curl up. if they see me will think something wrong/up. and the worst dissociation, my younger comes out...i and she would panic and curl up tight and scream/cry.i'm just going to load up on meds today. my t never responded back. i think she still has her email off since she went on a week long trip for work. but i'm scheduled to see her today. God i hope she didnt forget.
the gaba really helps with anxiety but i think the xanax helps better with dissociation. but last night i had to drug up so much that i couldnt function (slurring words and such) just sat curled up with blanket. luckily DH did everything with the kids last night.
that makes me sad though too.

I hope she was helpful.
Do the two of you have a plan in place for when you start to feel out of control?

yes and no.
she was helpful but i was so out of it i SWEAR our appt lasted only 15 min. so i txted her and begged for another appt. i see her next mon and thursday and then pdoc on friday.
when i saw her yesterday i was quite out of it emotionally AND from medication that i doubled up on. So she texted, emailed and called my pdoc TRYING to get me in. she's pretty good at bugging him :)
anyway she txt me this morning to see if i heard from pdoc and i said no. then later this morning she txt and said she heard back from him and he said he'd fit me in tonight but i STILL haven't heard from his office. its 1:30 now, so i think i'll wait till 2:00 and just call them to see when i'm supposed to get in.
i need meds better than xanax. the problem is it doesn't kick in right away so i take another one hoping that will help. also taking gaba which helps with anxiety too.and no real plan in place yet. i barely got through last session explaining flashback and got into the abuse part. and now i have more that is tailed on but luckily its not wrecking havoc on my like last one. maybe because its all there, there's not missing stuff.
oops gotta run....boss here.
b2c.
