i've taken 1mg xanax, and im a little (very little) more calm, but still have anxiety. just now took 1 gabapentin (100mg) small dose. i'm at work and CANT concentrate cuz i keep getting this F-ing image in my mind.

please, the temp tricks work but they always come back.
i wish i could go home and work on one of my new crafts.

i'm afraid if i do i may be at jeapordy for loosing my job for being gone so much.

please some one respond.
i'm lonely and scared.
