I have been feeling that the quality of the posts in babble is ever increasing. I mean, day by day, the posts get more insightful, and very caring and warm and supportive.
I don't think we have had a troll or hurtful poster for quite a long time (atleast in the psycho board).
And these days, every single post that I read absolutely amazes me. And even the new posters are extremely insightful and very articulate, and very helpful to others.
I just feel that people have hugely grown along with babble.
Really Dr. Bob has done a wonderful job keeping this site up and streamlining it with his rules etc.
Every single post rocks these days. Way to go folks !!

I jsut checked out other boards (something I don't usually do) and went to admin, but really, it is such a mess there.. how come? same posters can be extremely nice in psycho board but not so nice in other boards? what makes psycho board so nice and warm and fuzzy and others not? Is it because we all become Ts when we post here?

I'm not sure, but I wonder too...
It seems that people really do feel hurt about how things were said to them or heard by them, and that sucks...It really does :-(
I try to read admin sometimes, and try to figure it out...I hope I never have to deal with it myself.Yeah, I'd say the psych board is one of the "gentler" boards

Haha- I only go to Admin when I'm in the mood for some hurting. I find that one incredibly frustrating. Even the really simple questions take a while to be answered. You post something simple and bland, and it gets surrounded by all this vitriol.
I go to psychology when I want to give some loving, or when I need some loving, or when T is confusing me (tomorrow is my first session in 15 days... so, he hasn't confused me in a while, hence my relative absence on this board)
I go to social when I want some chit chat about silly stuff, or when I need some support about something life-related, rather than T-related.
I go to writing to post cryptic messages to curtm, who makes me laugh everytime (that's therapy!!- we need to get him to come over and post on psychology sometime. he just met with his T the first time. It would be nice to hear from him over here
I go to relationships... well. I don't know if I'll go over there again for a while.
meds board. kind of intimidating. fast-paced. unfamiliar faces. vocabulary slinging. kind advice, but I'm not very succinct. Don't know what's going on most of the time...I go there everytime I change my meds
5 days ago I increased AD cymbalta to 90 mg (up from 60) 2 days ago I increased seroquel to 50 mg, (up from 25).
23 minutes ago, I took the meds. they HIT me. like a baseball bat thwack- right in the ol' hypothalamus!

sorry I'm so wordy today. no concentration to edit. meds making me feel dizzy and drunk since about 2pm this afternoon.thanks y'all

I guess I should apologize for perhaps putting down other board's posters. I was trying to make psycho board look good.
