I'm not sure, but I wonder too...
It seems that people really do feel hurt about how things were said to them or heard by them, and that sucks...It really does :-(
I try to read admin sometimes, and try to figure it out...I hope I never have to deal with it myself.
Yeah, I'd say the psych board is one of the "gentler" boards
