You're doing great! Are you still exercising too? I found that I was dreaming of food the first week or two because w/exercising I'm always more hungry. Starving in fact.
Your thread has motivated me to make healthier choices throughout my day. And my daughter and I are going for 45 minutes power walks in the evening --- that was at least until SNOW (evil) came back today.
The more days you can string together helps more a regular habit.

Hi annierose,
I am glad I am motivating someone, (I wish it was myself in trying to study for a couple of test, lol) With WW, you get extra points for exercise depending how long and how hard. I am still exercising lightly on the day I don't have physical therapy, but I haven't used those extra points because I am having trouble eating enough as it is. My main goal is not only weight loss but to eat healty, today was sort of an exception, i stayed in my points , but ate some junk today.
THursday
cereal w/ milk
blueberriesgrapes
yogurt
kettlecorn popcornturkey sandwich w/ cheese
grapple
2 hostess 100 cal mini cakeshotdog w/ bun
sweetpotato fries
mixed veggies
This is the end of the thread.
