I think I like this planning it helps me stay with the program.
Today I had:
cereal w/ milk
blueberriesturkey cheese sandwich
big saladgrapes
yogurttortelloni with tomato meat sauce
greenbeans
lots of water!don't know what my snack will be after dinner
