My friend started this so called diet 2 months ago, she decided to eliminate any sweet starbucks drinks from her diet. Her motive was to save money. She would have about 2 a day maybe even 3 from starbucks (grande), anyway after switching to teas and coffee with no sugar (she started doing that after) and just milk with the occasional treat once a week (tall) she has dropped 8 pounds and counting! She did nothing else... just stopped drinking the lattes etc. she was pleasantly suprised at the lack of effort.
Anyway for all those starbucks drinkers out there.... they are obviously packed with calories!

wow. yeah i've been meaning to give up coke. or at least switch to diet... i don't take sugar in coffee anymore. don't take sugar in coffee when i buy it but i used to put sugar in when i made it at home. stopped doing that now :-)
but next step...
i like latte's (with lots of milk) and i don't like trim / supertrim milk. they tell me it is milk with more water in it really but nope it actually tastes funny to me - a bit bitter. should try and make the switch to soya... or macchiato's... or black...
poor calves...
:-(
